Dakota Blue Richards

Dakota Blue Richards is an English actor who has been known for playing Lyra Belacqua from the film 'The Golden Compass' and Franky Fitzgerald in the third generation cast of British the teen drama 'Skins'. She is also a very performing actor on stage. She has appeared in 'Arcadia,' 'A Streetcar Named Desire" among others. Richards is from London and was raised in Sussex. Richards had a few acting classes at the school, but she received most acting lessons during the weekends. She also skipped school for auditions. It was her debut performance as an actor. Richards acting performance was well-received by a lot of people, despite her film receiving mixed responses. Her television debut came later that same year in the movie Dustbin Baby.
