Jennifer Lopez

JenniferJennifer was always excited about becoming a multi-tasking superstar. As a child Jennifer was into a wide range of genres of music, particularly Afro-Caribbean styles like merengue salsa, and the bachata. She also loved popular music like hip hop and R&B. Though she loved movies, music was also a fascination for her. Her most significant influence came from the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. In addition to being an entertainer, Jennifer is also a Catholic schoolgirl. She attended for eight years in a Catholic primary school known as Holy Family situated in The Bronx, before graduating from an all-girls preschool, Preston High School after four years. While at high school, Jennifer was an amazing athlete, and played tennis and track. Her entire life was raising her children in a two-story home located in the Castle Hill neighborhood. Jennifer quit the home of her parents at 18 to move out. Lopez was a lawyer at this time and also took lessons at night.
